A portrait of a furry friend. This was my first attempt at replicating fur and blending colors, and I learned a lot from the experience.

Made for someone who really loves their home state. I enjoyed figuring out which techniques lead to the most realistic trees.

I was inspired by a garden of wisteria to make this hoop. I loved experimenting with different stitches (colonial, chain, satin, etc) to create the many textures found in this piece.

I created a line portrait of a friend for her birthday, and to decided to fill up the spaces with various types of flowers.
