Purpose:

• Was given two days to assemble trade show display — but found that the net and frame assembly did not fit on the intended display door.

• Had one day to fix display in order to meet ship date, with display and manufacturing floor located 45 minutes away from each other

Approach:

• Determined reason for mismatch between CAD and physical display and updated CAD models accordingly

• Machined frame members and worked with manufacturing floor to rework net as quickly as efficiently as possible

Outcome:

• Display was shipped on time and well-received at trade show
